Reefer Truck Driver Role
This role focuses on hauling 100% no-touch refrigerated freight with no forced New York City dispatch. Drivers can expect consistent miles, typically running 2,200 to 2,500+ miles per week on steady OTR freight. The schedule is designed for a reliable work-rest rhythm, with drivers staying out about two weeks at a time and having planned home time built into their routine. Some locations also offer dedicated route opportunities.
Dry Van Driver Role
In this position, drivers haul 100% no-touch dry van freight with no New York City pressure. The role offers reliable miles on consistent OTR lanes, averaging 2,200 to 2,500+ miles per week. Drivers typically run one to two weeks out with structured time off that can be planned around. Additional compensation is available for detention, layover, and stop time. Regional lane options are available in select locations.
Equipment and Culture
Drivers operate modern, driver-spec'd equipment, including 2023+ trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and automatic transmissions. We foster a culture where drivers can bring their families along with available pet and rider programs. Our compensation evolves with your experience through bi-annual reviews, ensuring your earnings grow as you do.
Hiring Process
