About the Role
Operating out of Kansas, this position offers the flexibility to haul loads throughout the US tailored to your preferences. As a Company Driver on a W2 team basis, you will handle line-haul refrigerated freight with no driver load or unload duties.
The role is designed for self-starters with huge earning potential. Compensation ranges from $0.60 to $0.80 per mile, based on a percentage model, allowing you to determine your income based on how hard you work. Teams can expect an average of 5,000 to 7,000 miles per week, with a total weekly average pay of $3,000 to $4,400. Sign-on bonuses are available.
Home Time & Lifestyle
This is an Over-The-Road (OTR) position with an expected 14 days out. Drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. The schedule includes two days of home time for every 14 days worked, ensuring you are home at least one weekend per month.
