Operating out of Kansas, this position offers the flexibility to haul loads throughout the US tailored to your preferences. As a Company Driver (W2) on a team, you will handle line-haul refrigerated freight with no driver load or unload duties.
The role is designed for high earners who want to maximize their income. Pay ranges from $0.60 to $0.80 per mile and is based on a percentage model, offering huge earning potential if you choose to self-dispatch. Teams can expect an average of 5,000 to 7,000 miles per week, with a total weekly average pay of $3,000 to $4,400.
Home Time & Lifestyle
This is an Over-The-Road (OTR) position with an expected 14 days out. Drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. The schedule ensures you get two days of home time for every 14 days worked, guaranteeing time at home at least one weekend per month.
