As a Company Driver (W2, Team) handling line-haul refrigerated freight, you will enjoy significant earning potential based on your work ethic. Compensation ranges from $0.60 to $0.80 per mile, with additional opportunities for higher earnings if you choose to self-dispatch.
The position involves no driver load or unload duties. Teams can expect an average of 5,000 to 7,000 miles per week, with a total weekly average pay of $3,000 to $4,400. Sign-on bonuses are available for qualified candidates.
Home Time & Lifestyle
Drivers can expect to be on the road for approximately 14 days at a time, though you have the option to stay out longer if desired. The schedule is designed to ensure you are home for at least one weekend per month, with a policy granting two days of home time for every 14 days worked.
