About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to join our regional fleet operating Dry Van trucks. This position offers a flexible scheduling environment where you can manage your time effectively. As a solo driver, you will focus on line haul operations with no driver load or unload responsibilities, allowing you to focus on the road.
Drivers can expect to average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Our home time policy is designed to support work-life balance: you can expect to be home every weekend, earning two days of home time for every five days worked. While the standard expectation is 5 to 7 days out, you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose.\n

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Drivers also receive paid holidays and paid vacation time. Additionally, riders and pets are permitted after 90 days of employment, subject to company policy.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We provide a supportive onboarding experience with paid orientation. During this period, accommodation is covered, and drivers are assigned their own rooms. Meals, including lunch and breakfast, are provided, and we cover some or all travel expenses to get you started.
