Schneider is seeking a dedicated Company Driver for our Refrigerated fleet in Portland, OR. This role focuses on hauling dry van, reefer, and flatbed trailers, offering a unique opportunity to work with a company that values driver comfort through leading equipment and technology specs.
As a Jet-Set Dedicated truck driver, you will operate on a schedule that includes monthly home time. The position involves driving routes that may require night driving and, for some loads, hand loading and unloading. This role is designed for drivers who want to build familiarity with specific routes and customers while enjoying dependable weekly paychecks that reflect consistent miles driven.
Schneider offers an all-encompassing pay package that includes hourly pay, weekly performance pay, and an annual bonus potential of up to 2% of annual gross pay. Drivers also benefit from paid orientation, paid time off after six months, and six days of holiday pay per year. A key perk of this specific role is the ability to keep all earned frequent flyer miles from company-paid flights for personal use.
