About the Position
Schneider is seeking experienced Team Van Truckload drivers to join our refrigerated fleet in Fort Collins, CO. This role offers a competitive weekly pay structure with a recent increase, averaging between $1,340 and $1,630. Drivers will operate dry van trailers carrying 100% no-touch freight across all 48 states.

Day in the Life
As a Team Van Truckload driver, you will partner with a co-driver to maximize uptime and efficiency. You will drive new equipment—Elite Team-spec'd trucks that average only 12 months old—featuring automated transmissions and optimized idle systems. The role includes constant support from team driver advisors and access to a nationwide facility network offering amenities like free parking, showers, laundry, WiFi, and cafeterias.
Drivers enjoy home time every three weeks and can take their dog or cat on the road under our Team Pet Policy. The position is full-time with a start date of ASAP.
Hiring Process
