About the Role

CRST Specialized Solutions is seeking independent Owner Operators to haul specialty freight across the lower 48 states. As a Specialized contractor, you maintain full autonomy over your home time, loads, and schedule. This role is designed for drivers who want to run their own truck and enjoy the profits of their hard work within a fleet known for having under 30% turnover and best-in-class support staff.

Day in the Life

You will operate as a solo Owner Operator, driving a driver-assist position that includes loading and unloading freight. The program offers a "Get Thru Home" initiative, allowing for bonus home time in short periods. While the top 25% of earners typically stay out 3-4 weeks with 3-4 days at home, the schedule remains flexible to suit your preferences. You will be supported by a stable flow of increasing freight, ensuring all miles are paid.
