About the Role

This position offers a dedicated opportunity to run the Southeast region, covering Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas (Dallas & Houston). The role is designed for drivers who prefer a straightforward operation with no force dispatch, ensuring you have autonomy over your route and timing.

You will operate exclusively on 53' Dry Vans with no trailer rental fees. The freight profile is optimized for efficiency, featuring 85% drop-and-hook loads and 90% no-touch freight. Drivers are encouraged to design their own home time, with weekly home time available.

Compensation & Perks

Drivers can expect a gross annual income of $260,000, with weekly gross earnings ranging from $4,800 to $6,000+. Pay is distributed every Friday. The compensation structure includes 70% gross line haul and 100% fuel surcharge. Additionally, a fuel card is provided offering a .32 cent per gallon discount, and a standard deduction of only $160 per week applies.

Requirements & Qualifications

To join our team, candidates must be at least 23 years old with a current Class A CDL. Applicants must have one year of verifiable experience with a 53ft trailer within the last three years.

We maintain high safety and employment standards. Candidates must have no more than three jobs within the last 12 months, no more than two preventable accidents in the past three years, and no preventable roll-over or rear-end crashes within the last two years. Driving records must show no more than two moving violations in the last 12 months (or three in the last 36 months), and no DUI/DWI or related charges in the last five years. SAP Program acceptance is not available. Finally, the sleeper tractor must be able to pass a DOT inspection.
