The Role

As a driver with Exxact Transport, you will operate exclusively in the Southeast region, covering Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas (Dallas & Houston). This position is designed for drivers who value consistency and autonomy. You will haul 53' Dry Van freight with no trailer rental fees, enjoying a route structure that features 85% drop-and-hook and 90% no-touch loads.

We offer a unique level of flexibility, allowing you to design your own home time with weekly home time available. There is no forced dispatch, giving you control over your schedule. Drivers are provided with a fuel card offering a .32 cent per gallon discount, and the company covers all standard deductions, which are capped at $160 per week.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive gross annual income of $260,000, with weekly gross earnings ranging from $4,800 to $6,000+. Pay is distributed every Friday. The compensation structure includes 70% gross line haul and 100% fuel surcharge.

Application Instructions

To join our team, applicants must meet specific safety and experience criteria, including holding a current Class A CDL, being at least 23 years old, and having verifiable experience with 53ft trailers in the last three years. We require a clean driving record with no more than three jobs in the last 12 months, specific limits on preventable accidents and moving violations, and no DUI/DWI charges in the last five years. Additionally, drivers must be able to pass a DOT inspection in a sleeper tractor and cannot be in the SAP Program.
