About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators to join our dedicated regional fleet. This position offers the opportunity to drive a Dry Van with an average of 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week. The role is designed for drivers who prefer dedicated routes with no driver load or unload responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers can expect a gross total weekly average pay of $5,000 to $7,500, paid weekly. The program includes a paid fuel surcharge and offers a free base plate program. A lease purchase program is available for those interested in ownership.
Home Time
This position offers a flexible schedule with an expected 5 to 14 days out on the road. Drivers are encouraged to stay out longer if they choose, with a guarantee of being home at least one weekend per month.
Equipment & Requirements
We operate a fleet where the maximum truck age is 15 years. To qualify, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate Only operations. Additionally, applicants must have at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
Orientation & Onboarding
We provide a comprehensive paid orientation to ensure a smooth transition. Accommodation is covered during this period, with drivers assigned their own rooms. All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included, and the program covers some or all travel expenses.
