CDL A Owner Operator, Regional, Dry Van

About the Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated Owner Operators to join our regional fleet. This role offers a unique blend of independence and support through our lease purchase program, allowing you to grow your business while driving a dry van. As an Owner Operator with us, you will handle dedicated routes averaging 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week, ensuring consistent work without the need for driver load or unload duties.

Compensation and Benefits

Drivers can expect a gross total weekly average pay between $5,000 and $7,500, paid weekly. The position includes a paid fuel surcharge and access to a free base plate program. While the schedule typically involves being out for 5 to 14 days, you have the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. A key feature of this role is the commitment to home time, guaranteeing at least one weekend per month.

Equipment and Requirements

To ensure safety and reliability, trucks must be 15 years old or newer. Candidates must hold a valid Class A license without restrictions such as Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K). Additionally, applicants are required to have at least two years of Tractor Trailer experience.

Hiring Process and Orientation

We prioritize a smooth onboarding experience with a fully paid orientation program. During this period, accommodation is covered, and drivers are provided with their own room. Meals, including lunch, dinner, and breakfast, are included, and the program covers some or all travel expenses to get you started.
