About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators to join our dedicated regional fleet. This position offers a lease purchase program for those interested in transitioning to ownership, featuring dry van equipment. Drivers can expect an average gross weekly pay between $5,000 and $7,500, paid weekly, with a typical route averaging 2,000 to 3,000 miles. The role includes a paid fuel surcharge and access to a free base plate program. A key benefit of this position is that it is dedicated with no driver load or unload requirements.
Home Time
This role offers a flexible schedule with an expected time out of 5 to 14 days. Drivers have the autonomy to stay out longer if they prefer. The schedule is designed to ensure drivers are home at least one weekend per month.
Equipment Standards
To ensure safety and reliability, trucks must be no older than 15 years.
Orientation & Onboarding
We provide a comprehensive paid orientation to get you started. During this period, accommodation is fully covered, with drivers assigned their own room. Meals, including lunch, dinner, and breakfast, are provided. Additionally, the program covers some or all travel expenses associated with the orientation.
Hiring Requirements
Candidates must hold a Class A license without specific restrictions, including (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, or (K) Intrastate Only. Applicants must also possess at least 2 years of tractor-trailer experience.
