About the Role
UACL Logistics is seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States. As a contractor within our network, you will have access to a robust agent base, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation while focusing on what they do best—delivering freight safely and on time.
What We Offer
We provide a supportive environment designed to maximize your profitability and work-life balance. Drivers can expect consistent freight opportunities ranging between 400-3,000 miles per week, with runs primarily to Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. We offer flexible home-time schedules, including daily, every other day, and weekend options.\n To help you get started, we are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and free trailer rent for the first six months. Our support infrastructure includes 24-hour operations assistance and 24/7 road service. Additionally, we provide discounts on hotels and cell phone plans, along with assistance regarding trailer rentals, insurance, and plates.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid Class A CDL, and have a minimum of 6 months of experience. The application process includes an online orientation to familiarize you with our systems and network before you begin driving.
