About the Role
As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose a path that fits your lifestyle. In our Connect Program, you run your own business with the support of dedicated load planners, eliminating the hassle of finding freight. Alternatively, the Direct Program offers dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.
We currently accept dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. Whether you prefer OTR, regional, or local routes, our programs are built to provide the flexibility and success you are looking for.
Hiring Process
To join our team, please apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. All applicants must pass a negative drug test before driving under F2F Transport authority. We look for drivers with a valid CDL-A and a clean record, specifically requiring no DUI convictions in a CMV and no DUI convictions in a non-CMV within the last 5 years.
