The Role
As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between our Connect Program or our Direct Program.
In the Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, the Direct Program offers dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team. We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers for OTR, regional, or local routes.

Our programs are built to support your success with features like personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners. We provide Samsara ELDs, discounts for Truckstop and DAT Load Boards, and cover your semi-annual DOT inspection. Drivers also receive general liability and cargo insurance, plus access to Driver Advocates for Partners.
Application Process
To apply, please submit your information and let us know which program sounds right for you. We require a negative drug test result before driving under F2F Transport authority. Once accepted, you will participate in a virtual orientation.
