About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner with UACL, you will gain access to a robust agent base of 300+ freight agents nationwide, ensuring consistent freight opportunities tailored to your preferences, whether regional, OTR, or dedicated lanes.
You will operate with the support of 24/7 operations and road service teams, utilizing our technology tools for seamless load management and documentation. The position emphasizes building strong relationships with customers, agents, and operations staff while representing UACL with professionalism. Drivers are encouraged to participate in optional training programs to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a strong safety record.
Hiring Process
Onboarding is designed for speed and efficiency through our online orientation program. Once selected, you will coordinate with our Operations team regarding trailer rental options and begin accessing the network's freight opportunities immediately.
