About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner with UACL, you will have access to a robust agent base of 300+ freight agents nationwide, ensuring consistent freight opportunities tailored to your preferences, whether regional, OTR, or dedicated lanes.
In this position, you will leverage our advanced technology tools for load management and documentation while maintaining regular communication with our agents for dispatch needs. You will represent UACL with professionalism at pickup and delivery locations, ensuring exceptional service and strong working relationships with customers and operations staff. Our 24/7 operations and road service support are designed to keep you moving efficiently, allowing you to focus on maximizing fuel efficiency and minimizing empty miles.
Hiring Process
Onboarding is streamlined through our online orientation program to ensure a fast start. Once selected, you will coordinate with our Operations team regarding trailer rental options (van or flatbed) and begin accessing the network's freight opportunities immediately.
