About the Team
Universal Intermodal services all major US Ports and intermodal Rail Ramps, offering domestic door-to-door drayage to and from Ports, Rails, and Customer Facilities. Operating from 40 terminals and eight container yards, we provide Chassis, Containers, Drayage, and Services for Imports, Exports, and Domestic moves. Our Jacksonville terminal is a key hub for our dynamic team of Owner/Operator Truck Drivers.
About the Role
We are seeking skilled Owner/Operator Truck Drivers to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This position is vital for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight across designated routes. As a Truck Driver, you will play an essential role in maintaining our reputation for quality service.
This role features home daily schedules with light touch freight, allowing you to maintain a consistent routine. You will partner with CDL-A Owner Operators to execute efficient drayage operations without forced dispatch. The job offers the opportunity to earn up to 70% of the linehaul, with gross pay reaching up to $800 per day.
