The Role

As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between two distinct paths. With our Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.

We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. Whether you prefer OTR, Regional, or Local routes, our team provides personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners to help you succeed.

How to Apply

To join our team, simply apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. We look for drivers with a valid CDL-A and a clean record, including no DUI convictions in CMV and no license suspensions within the last two years.
