About the Role
UACL Logistics is seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States. As a contractor within our network, you will have access to a robust agent base, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation.
You will partner with over 300 freight agents nationwide to secure loads that fit your preferences, whether regional, OTR, or dedicated. The position offers a flexible contract structure where you can choose between percentage-based or flat-rate trailer rental options to maximize your profitability. Whether you are hauling in the Van or Flatbed division, you will leverage our 24/7 operations and road service support to keep your business moving smoothly.
Hiring Process
Onboarding is designed for speed and efficiency. Selected candidates will complete an online orientation to facilitate fast entry into the network. Once approved, you will coordinate with our Operations team to finalize trailer rental arrangements and begin accessing loads immediately.
