CDL A OTR Truck Drivers

About the Role

We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our yard in Obetz, OH, with plans to expand to a future terminal in the same location. This position offers the opportunity to service 47 states, excluding California, with a seasonal preference to avoid the Northwest during winter months. The role is built on customer needs rather than dedicated routes, though we actively work to build dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company.

You will drive well-maintained 2020 sleeper trucks, handling drop-hook and no-touch freight. As a company driver, all equipment is provided at no cost to you. If you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home. Our dispatch team is forceful yet flexible, accommodating your need for home time and different schedules while expecting you to be super organized and communicative.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a full-time W-2 package with comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) with company contribution, medical coverage through Cigna, and vision/dental through Principal. We also provide paid time off and holidays.

Drivers receive fair compensation through low mileage rates and a $200 daily stipend for any breakdown or maintenance on the road. Detention pay is $25 per hour after two hours at a facility. Additionally, drivers receive an extra $50 on top of regular revenue for working on observed holidays. The maximum weekly earnings potential is $1,000.

Hiring Process

To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience.
• Be between 25 and 75 years of age.
• Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with less than one moving violation in the last two years.
• Have no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
