About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our Obetz, OH yard, with the future expansion of a terminal in the same location. As a Company Driver, you will operate company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks. We provide the truck at no cost to you, and if you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home.
This is a full-time W-2 position focused on servicing 47 states. While the work is based on customer needs rather than dedicated routes, we are actively working to build more dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company. You will primarily handle drop-hook, no-touch freight. Please note that California is not serviced, and we aim to avoid Northwest states during winter months.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive compensation designed to support your livelihood on the road. This includes low mileage rates for fair compensation, a maximum weekly cap of $1,000, and a $200 daily stipend for any breakdown or maintenance issues encountered on the road. Additionally, drivers receive $25 per hour in detention pay after the first two hours at a facility, plus an extra $50 on top of regular revenue if working on an observed holiday.
As a full-time employee, you will receive comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) with company contribution, medical coverage through Cigna, and vision and dental plans through Principal. We also offer paid time off and holidays off. We maintain a pet-friendly policy, allowing you to bring your pet passenger along on your routes.

Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria: a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience, be between the ages of 25 and 75 (due to insurance requirements), have fewer than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and have no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
