About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our Obetz, OH yard, with plans to expand to a future terminal in the same location. As a Company Driver, you will operate company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks. We provide the truck at no cost to you, and if you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home.
This is a full-time W-2 position focused on servicing 47 states. While the work is currently based on customer needs rather than dedicated routes, we are actively working to build more dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company. You will primarily handle drop-hook, no-touch freight. Our dispatch team is force but flexible; we strive to accommodate your needed home time and schedule preferences, provided you are super organized and communicative.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive compensation designed to support your livelihood on the road. You will earn a maximum of $1,000 per week, with low mileage rates added for fair compensation. We also provide a $200 per day stipend for any breakdown or maintenance occurring on the road, and detention pay of $25 per hour after the first two hours at a facility.
As a full-time employee, you are eligible for comprehensive W-2 benefits, including:

Additionally, if you work on an observed holiday, you will receive an extra $50 on top of your regular revenue. We also welcome pet passengers in our trucks.
Requirements
To join our team, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience.
- Be between the ages of 25 and 75 (due to insurance regulations).
- Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with less than one moving violation in the last two years.
- Have no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
Operational Guidelines
- Route Structure: Generally 2 weeks out. We service 47 states but do not service California. We also ask drivers to try to avoid the Northwest states during winter months.
- Equipment: All equipment is company-owned and maintained.
- Dispatch: Dispatch is force-based but flexible regarding schedules and home time.
