About the Role

We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our yard in Obetz, OH, with the potential to support our future terminal in the same location. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive a company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper truck. As a Company Driver, you will not incur any equipment costs; the truck is provided at no cost to you.

Your primary route will cover 47 states, excluding California. During winter months, we aim to avoid the Northwest states to ensure safety and efficiency. The work is driven by customer needs rather than dedicated lanes, though we are actively building dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company. You will handle drop-hook freight with no-touch loads, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation structure designed for fair pay and reliability. Drivers receive low mileage rates and a $200 daily stipend for any breakdown or maintenance issues encountered on the road, with a maximum weekly cap of $1,000. Additionally, we offer detention pay of $25 per hour after the first two hours at a facility. If you are required to work on an observed holiday, you will receive an extra $50 on top of your regular revenue.

We also have a pet passenger policy, allowing you to bring your furry companion on the road if you have secure parking available to take the equipment home.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must meet specific safety and experience standards. We require a minimum of 3 years of CDL A experience and must be between the ages of 25 and 75 (due to insurance regulations). Your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must show less than one moving violation in the last two years, and you must have no Drug Test (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the past 15 years.
