About the Role
We are seeking CDL-A drivers for our LTL division to handle reefer and dry freight with multiple deliveries. This position operates exclusively east of I-35, offering a flexible home time schedule with the option to be home as often as every 10-14 days. We maintain a 99.9% success rate for drivers getting home on their requested days, and there is no forced dispatch.
Equipment & Fleet
Our drivers operate modern Kenworth T 680s and Freightliners equipped with automatic transmissions and governed at 72 mph. Each truck is outfitted with APU's, inverters, a refrigerator, a TV with direct access, Sirius XM Radio, and a microwave to ensure comfort on the road.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers are paid for all miles, including loaded and empty, with a rate of $0.65 CPM. The role includes multi-stop pay and stop pay for every delivery. Drivers average up to $100,000+ yearly. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and paid weekly W-2 compensation. Additional perks include a pet policy and competitive benefits.
