About the Job
We offer a flexible contract driving opportunity for solo drivers operating Dry Van trucks on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. Drivers have the autonomy to choose between W2 or 1099 classification. We operate with a transparent financial model: we do not take or keep any escrow funds.
Compensation and Route Details
This dedicated position offers an average gross weekly pay of $1,600 to $2,100, with a rate of $0.65 to $0.70 CPM. Drivers can expect to average 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week. A key benefit of this role is that no driver load or unload is required.
Home Time
The schedule typically involves being out for 14 to 21 days, though drivers may stay out longer if they prefer. The rotation is designed to provide two days of home time for every seven days worked, ensuring drivers are home at least one weekend per month.
Orientation Details
Orientation accommodation is covered, with drivers assigned their own rooms. While meals are not included, the company covers some or all travel expenses. Please note that orientation itself is not paid.
