Crete Carrier is hiring drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR), dedicated, and regional fleets. With industry-leading pay and high demand, we offer competitive compensation packages designed to reward experienced professionals. Our OTR drivers see a $0.03 per mile raise, with the top 50% of our fleet averaging over $101,000 annually. We pay practical miles, which typically results in 3-5% more miles annually compared to short route miles.
