About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. We focus on maximizing your time on the road: 60% of our loads are preloaded and 45% are pretarped, meaning you spend less time waiting and more time delivering. Our fleet consists of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, featuring a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1. We do not handle hazmat or Canadian routes, and our trucks are maintained by top-notch mechanics to keep you moving.

Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a CDL-A license and physical, having at least 12 months of experience, and passing an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing). Applicants must also pass a urine drug screen and have a solid work history with no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years.
