About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. The role is designed for comfort and ease: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, with no hazmat or Canadian routes involved. You will operate new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, 1800W inverters, and a 68 mph cruise speed (up to 75 mph). Our top-notch mechanics ensure these trucks remain in top running order.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a CDL-A license and physical, having at least 12 months of experience, and passing an agility test to lift and carry 100 lb. tarps. Applicants must also pass a urine drug screen and demonstrate a solid work history with no DUI/DW or reckless driving convictions in the past five years. Veterans are encouraged to apply, as the program is GI Bill approved.
