About the Role

As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. We focus on efficiency and comfort: 60% of our loads are preloaded and 45% are pretarped, meaning you spend less time waiting for loads and more time delivering them. Our fleet consists of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, featuring a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1. We do not utilize slip seats, and our trucks are equipped with 1800W inverters and a starting cruise speed of 68 mph.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a valid CDL-A license and physical, being at least 21 years old, and having a minimum of 12 months of experience. Applicants must pass an agility test (demonstrating the ability to lift/carry 100 lb. tarps and climb) and a urine drug screen. We also require a solid work history and a clean driving record for the past five years (no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions).
