About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. Our operation is designed to maximize your time on the road: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pretarped, meaning you spend less time waiting for loads and more time delivering them. We maintain a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1 to further reduce downtime.
You will operate brand new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines. Our top-notch mechanics ensure these vehicles remain in top running order. The role involves no hazmat and no Canada routes. Drivers can expect a cruise speed starting at 68 mph, with the potential to reach 75 mph, and enjoy amenities like 1800W inverters and a free rider program.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a CDL-A license and physical, having at least 12 months of experience, and passing an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing). Applicants must also pass a urine drug screen and have a solid work history with no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years.
