About the Team

We maintain a fleet of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, updated annually to support our drivers. With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, we minimize waiting times, allowing drivers to spend more time on the road delivering loads. Our top-notch mechanics ensure these vehicles remain in top running order.
About the Role
As a Company Driver at Keim TS, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. We pride ourselves on a streamlined operation where 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, eliminating the need for slip seats. Our trucks are equipped with 1800W inverters and feature a 68 mph cruise speed (capable of 75 mph). This role offers dedicated home time and a free rider program, ensuring a balance between professional responsibility and personal life.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including being at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and physical. Applicants must have a solid work history and at least 12 months of experience. The process includes passing an agility test (demonstrating the ability to lift/carry 100 lb. tarps and climb) and a urine drug screen. Additionally, candidates must have no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years. Veterans are encouraged to apply, as our program is GI Bill approved.
