About the Team
At Keim TS, we are dedicated to delivering America's dreams by hauling building products across the country. Our mission centers on keeping drivers safe and comfortable while ensuring efficient deliveries. We maintain a fleet of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, updated annually to support our drivers. With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, we minimize wait times, allowing drivers to spend more time on the road delivering loads.
About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. The role is designed for efficiency and comfort: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, eliminating the need for slip seats. Drivers operate in a modern environment featuring 1800W inverters and a cruise speed starting at 68 mph (potentially up to 75 mph). We do not haul hazmat or cross into Canada, focusing instead on dedicated home time and consistent work.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a valid CDL-A license and physical, being at least 21 years old, and possessing at least 12 months of experience. Applicants must demonstrate a solid work history and pass an agility test capable of lifting or carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing. A urine drug screen is required, and candidates must have no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years.
