About the Team
At Keim TS, our mission is to deliver America's dreams by hauling building products across the country. We prioritize keeping our drivers safe and comfortable, ensuring a smooth journey from start to finish.
We maintain a fleet of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks, including T880s and W990s equipped with Cummins power engines. With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, our drivers spend less time waiting for loads and more time on the road delivering them. Our top-notch, knowledgeable mechanics ensure these trucks remain in top running order.
About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. The majority of your work will be streamlined: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pretarped. This role involves no hazmat and no trips to Canada. We do not use slip seats, and our trucks are equipped with 1800W inverters to support your comfort on the road.\n We offer a dedicated home time schedule and pay weekly. Our drivers enjoy a starting cruise speed of 68 mph, with the potential to reach 75 mph, and we offer a free rider program.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and physical. You must have at least 12 months of experience and a solid work history. The process includes passing an agility test (able to lift/carry 100 lb. tarps and climb) and a urine drug screen. Additionally, candidates must have no DUI/DW, reckless driving, careless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years.
