About the Role

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for regional routes designed to balance steady miles with a better work-life balance. This role is built around your life off the road, offering consistent routes that help you plan your time rather than guess at it. You will enjoy mostly no-touch customer freight (99%) and late-model equipment equipped with inverters and idle solutions.

As an EPES Regional Driver, you will have an assigned driver manager and access to 24/7 support. We offer home parking availability for drivers living outside a 30-mile radius of a terminal, ensuring you have a place to rest when you are off the clock. Whether you are looking for weekends at home or almost every weekend, this position is where consistent freight, competitive pay, and reliability come together.

Hiring Process
