About the Role

This position is designed for drivers who value consistency and work-life balance. As an EPES Regional Driver, you will handle mostly no-touch customer freight with a 75% drop-and-hook rate, allowing you to focus on the road rather than complex loading procedures. You will be assigned a dedicated driver manager and have access to 24/7 support, ensuring you are never alone on the road.

The role is built around your life off the road. We offer consistent routes that help you plan your time rather than guessing at it. If you live outside a 30-mile radius of a terminal, home parking is available to you. With late-model equipment featuring inverters and idle solutions, you can expect a comfortable and efficient driving experience.

Hiring Process

We are ready when you are. If you are an experienced driver looking for steady miles and strong pay, the first step is to apply. Successful candidates will participate in a paid orientation lasting two days before beginning their routes.
