About the Role
Laidlaw Carriers Bulk USA is seeking Regional CDL-A End Dump Drivers to operate out of our Ypsilanti, MI terminal. This position offers a reliable schedule designed for work-life balance, with departures on Sunday or Monday and returns by Thursday or Friday to ensure weekends off. Drivers will operate well-maintained Peterbilt or Western Star trucks with manual transmissions, hauling bulk commodities that keep the supply chain moving.
If you reside within 150 miles of Tecumseh—including areas like Cleveland, OH, or Buffalo, NY—you may be dispatched directly from your location. The role is built on a foundation of respect, stability, and long-term opportunity, allowing drivers to grow their skills in a safety-first culture where drivers come first.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates should apply to join a carrier that delivers for its drivers. The process includes a paid 2-day orientation and training in bulk hauling operations to ensure you are fully prepared for the road. Successful applicants will undergo a drug screening and verification of their DOT qualification and work history.
