About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on long-haul routes. Whether you prefer the independence of solo driving or the camaraderie of a team, we offer consistent schedules and competitive compensation. Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week on a consistent 12 days out, 2 days home schedule. Team drivers have the opportunity to earn an average of 5,000 miles per week with a split pay structure.
If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is designed to help you find the right fit. We also encourage drivers to bring family members or friends onto the road and offer sponsorship programs to assist with that transition. Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old. Applicants are required to have at least three months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must meet specific safety standards regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI history within the last 2 to 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to qualification verification, and details can be obtained directly from a recruiter.
