About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on long-haul over-the-road (OTR) routes. Whether you prefer the independence of solo driving or the camaraderie of a team, we offer consistent schedules and competitive compensation designed to reward your experience and mileage.
Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week on a consistent 12-days-out, 2-days-home schedule. Our top-performing solo drivers earn over $1,525 weekly, with an average annual income of $78,000. For those looking to drive with a partner, our Team Drivers program offers a split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM and an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates on board.
Equipment and Support
We pride ourselves on providing reliable, newer equipment that averages just 18 months old. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to ensure you are never stranded. We offer paid orientation to get you started smoothly on your journey with us.
Application and Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and a drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and must meet specific DUI/DWI and drug conviction history requirements.
Note: Drivers with SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) status are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications; please contact a recruiter for detailed terms.
