About the Role
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for both Over-the-Road (OTR) and Regional positions. OTR drivers will run solid miles, staying out for 2-3 weeks at a time. Regional drivers enjoy home weekly with a minimum 34-hour reset. Whether you are looking for long-haul adventures or a schedule that keeps you closer to home, we offer various home time options to fit your lifestyle.
Our fleet features assigned tractors, and many drivers qualify to take their tractor home. We pride ourselves on 98% no-touch freight, ensuring your cargo is handled with care. We also welcome family and pets, allowing you to bring a furry buddy or your family along on the road.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We make starting easy with paid orientation. This includes paid travel arrangements and a paid stay while you are at orientation. We also offer paid training programs so you can learn and earn with us simultaneously. Additionally, we offer referral bonuses to reward you for bringing a friend to the team.
