About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point). This role offers the opportunity to drive a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with amenities such as leather seats, refrigerators, microwaves, and 27-inch TVs.

Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn Paid Time Off (PTO), you must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.

Requirements

To join our team, you must possess a valid CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience.
