About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team as Solo or Team OTR drivers. This position offers a consistent schedule with an average of 12 days out and 2 days at home, ensuring reliable freight and miles. Solo drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week, while team drivers have the opportunity to average 5,000 miles per week.
For those interested in team driving but currently without a partner, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right teammate. You are also encouraged to bring a family member or friend on board. We provide sponsorship programs to assist with bringing new drivers into the fold.
Compensation & Equipment
Drivers earn competitive pay ranging from 46 to 60 cents per mile based on experience and location. Solo drivers can earn an average of $78,000 per year, with the top 20% of our OTR drivers earning over $1,525 weekly. Team drivers start with a split pay of $0.72 to $0.80 CPM.
We invest in our drivers with newer equipment averaging 18 months old and provide convenient home-base terminals. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for solo drivers, while team drivers can split a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old. Applicants must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident on a CMV in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Moving violations are limited to two in the last two years.
We require a clean record regarding DUI/DWI offenses (no offenses in the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Drivers must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions in the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
