About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with Pennsylvania serving as our northern cutoff. While the Northeast is excluded, you will have the opportunity to run the breadth of the country.
This role is designed for drivers who thrive on the road. Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and become eligible for benefits like Paid Time Off, you must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.
The Truck & Equipment
You will be driving a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks. These units are equipped with inverters, 27-inch TVs, refrigerators, and a dedicated spot for a microwave. The cabs feature leather seats and CB radios to ensure comfort and connectivity during your hauls.
