About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,600 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or you can bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers enjoy an average of 5,000 miles per week with split starting pay ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM.

Application & Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and be at least 21 years old. Applicants must have a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a review of your driving record, which must show no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and no DUI/DWI offenses within the specified timeframes. All applicants are required to pass a DOT physical and a drug test; those with a history of drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years are not eligible. SAP drivers are also ineligible for hire. Qualified candidates should contact a recruiter for specific details regarding bonus payouts and sign-on incentives.
