Founded in 2005 with a single truck and a 25-year-old driver who simply loved the road, Redbone Trucking has grown into a company of over 200 employees. Despite this expansion, we have never lost sight of our roots. In fact, most of our office staff still hold active CDLs, ensuring that our leadership team understands the life of a driver firsthand.

The Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be running routes across all 48 states, with Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff state (excluding the Northeast). Our fleet consists of modern 2020-2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with inverters, 27-inch TVs, refrigerators, microwave spots, leather seats, and CB radios to ensure your comfort on the road.

Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and become eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO), you must run a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out for a minimum of 2-3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.

Benefits & Perks

We offer a competitive pay structure based on tenure, ranging from .53 to .57 CPM plus a .30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly. In addition to pay, we provide PTO, healthcare, an HSA, and a 401k. We also welcome drivers with pets; a $300 refundable deposit is required, which can be paid in full upfront or split into six monthly payments of $50.
