About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,600 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or you may bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers enjoy an average of 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM.

Application & Hiring

Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving history requirements include no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years, no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years, no more than two moving violations in the last two years, and no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications; please contact a recruiter for details.
