About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation and the flexibility to choose home time that works for your lifestyle. Whether you prefer the independence of solo over-the-road (OTR) driving or the camaraderie of a team, we provide consistent miles and freight to keep you on the road earning.
Solo OTR drivers average over 2,000 miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning $1,600+ weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or you can bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers can earn an average of 5,000 miles per week with split pay starting between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must meet specific qualifications, including holding a valid Class A License (CDL A), being at least 21 years old, and possessing at least 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving history requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding DUI/DWI offenses and drug-related convictions.
