About the Role
As a Driver, you will operate a Class A vehicle to transport life-saving medical products to local customers. This role is critical not just for logistics, but for building positive relationships with our clients by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries. You will serve as the face of Medline at the customer's door, providing in-person support, addressing questions, and handling necessary documentation.
Working on a local, home-daily schedule, you will navigate city routes between the Medline facility and multiple customer destinations. Your day involves loading and securing product, performing pre-trip safety checks, and communicating with the dispatching team to maintain safe operations and meet customer needs. Safety is our #1 priority, and you will be expected to abide by all Medline safety regulations and federal driving standards.
Hiring Process
To join our team, please submit your application with your current CDL-A license and DOT medical card. Candidates must have at least 1.5 years of Class A driving experience. The interview process typically involves a review of your driving record and a discussion about your availability for the Mon-Fri overnight shift (12:00 AM - 4:00 AM).
