About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A OTR Company Drivers to join our team hauling Landoll, Stepdeck, Flatbed, or Dry Van loads. This role is designed for drivers who thrive on the road and want to maximize their earnings through high-mileage runs. Drivers can expect to run at least 2,500 miles per week, with a compensation structure that rewards volume (CPM-Plus).
The position offers flexibility regarding home time, allowing drivers to choose between being home on weekends or running for 2-3 weeks at a time. Midwest Companies provides all necessary equipment, ensuring you have the right tools to handle your loads safely and efficiently. Our in-house maintenance team handles all truck and trailer repairs, allowing you to focus on driving.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid CDL-A license, a current DOT physical, and the ability to pass a drug screen. Applicants are required to have a minimum of 2 years of CDL-A driving experience and must complete any required safety certifications. Once these prerequisites are met, qualified drivers will be invited to discuss the next steps in joining our family-owned team.
